Giant's DualFit stationary bicycle provides an awesome total-body workout thanks to a fan built into the front wheel that causes resistance as you pedal. The fan also provides a nice fan as you ride. You can pedal andwork out your arms at the same time. Or you can use just your arms or just your legs to target the area you want to work. If you want to use just your arms, there are fxed foot pegs to rest your legs on. The on-board computer tracks time, distance, MPH, and calories burned. Operates off of batteries.
